Equipment: UPS ground shipping charges plus $15.00 handling.

Return Policy

A DiscCentral Representative must be contact and an RMA# issued before any return will be accepted. DiscCentral cannot guarantee a full refund of any product that does not have an RMA #. ALL EQUIPMENT & DUPLICATION SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON EQUIPMENT & DUPLICATION. No returns will be accepted on any product after 30 days. Damaged items must be reported immediately upon receiving your order, an RMA# may not be issued if damage is not reported promptly.DVD / CD Duplicators: All sales are final. In the case of defective or DOA(dead on arrival) products, we will gladly repair/replace/exchange it for you. No refunds of any kind. duplicators are under warranty for a period of one year. During this term, all replacement parts and labor are covered. However, shipping will not be reimbursed or paid for under any circumstances.
